Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all accessories.

Customers in the EU and UK
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day window covers this. To use it, simply email us within that time.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

How to Start a Return
Email us at samiryedek047@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back, as returns sent without authorization can't be processed.

Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, you pay nothing.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used or damaged after delivery (unless defective), items missing parts or packaging, and returns requested after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.
